Wordy Wednesday

It's Wednesday.  For many, it's one of the busier days of the week.  You realize all the work that must be done before Friday.  Maybe you have commitments in the evening that tie you up. Maybe you are just tired after a couple long days at work.

Regardless, Wordy Wednesday here at 'The Sunset Won't' is a quote, short passage or verse that I enjoy and I want to pass along to you.  Today's quotes are all about books!  So here is this week's Wordy Wednesday installment:

"A good story's like a door, and you can go through it whenever you need to.  After you've read it or seen it or heard it, you can still go back through it.  Once it's yours, it's always yours."
-Nora Roberts, Captivated

"Anything worth anything can be found in books."
-Nora Roberts, Key of Light

“You don’t need a lot of money to live a full life- all you need is a fertile mind, some books and a good attitude.  Books are free at the library, but a fertile mind takes practice.”
-Robyn Carr, Forbidden Falls

The mark of a good book is it changes every time you read it.
-Anderson Cooper

When I get a little money I buy books; and if any is left, I buy food and clothes.
-Erasmus

My best friend is a person who will give me a book I have not read.
-Abraham Lincoln

  1. Love the Anderson Cooper quote. I couldn't agree more. I have a few books that I read over and over again, and each time I get something new out of it. :)
